I started Pure Intent because I’ve been using beef tallow for years, and love what it means to me to use.

I’ve always been drawn to simple, minimal things. My background is in nutrition, and I’ve spent a lot of time working in functional medicine clinics. That’s where I learned that most of what keeps people healthy isn’t complicated - it’s just the basics.

Adequate sleep, whole foods, exercise, and hydration.

The basics take you much further than any product, injection, or drug ever could.

But that mindset has kind of disappeared. Everything today is about fancy routines and quick fixes, and people forget the basics. We wanted to build something that brought that back and promoted real, simple, and natural.
