Shipping Policy

At Pure Intent, every order is packed and shipped with care. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. You will receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Time
Orders are shipped through trusted national carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders of our moisturizer.
All other orders qualify for free shipping over $35.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first for the most accurate updates. Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for final delivery.

Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.
