Returns & Refunds
At Pure Intent, we care about hygiene, transparency, and making things right. Because our products come into direct contact with skin and lips, return eligibility depends on the product.
Lip Balm — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our lip balms are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you’re not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund. No return required. (Limit one refund per customer.)
Moisturizer & Face Wash — 14-Day Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety standards, moisturizers and cleansers may only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, and sealed.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
To start a return, email evan@pureintentskin.com. Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your product is damaged or incorrect. Send a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the unopened product first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
